I made it….

The challenge is over but the lifestyle change has been made…

I have enjoyed the changes that I was able to make over the past month, and look forward to my days full of eating food that I like and want to eat.

I have lost over 6 inches off of my waist…6 inches.. That right there was enough to make me want to change my eating habits.
