I have only been hungry 2 times in the past week..2 times…
I am one of those people who hates to hear their stomach growl, but at least I know that my body is processing my food at a normal rate.
I am super impressed with this challenge! The schedule of supplements is manageable, easy to take and have not upset my stomach in any way.
I still have not been able to exercise like I want because of a strain to my foot.
I have lost weight.. I will reveal how much on day 10. So hang tight until Wednesday.
I am excited to see how well my full challenge goes, and I am rocking this program out….just wait..
