Don’t call this a diet, because I have not restricted anything that I have wanted this whole time. I have had bread, I had a cheeseburger and I had some cake. Everything was consumed in moderation but I had it..
Less than a week to go and I have lost over 13 pounds..I of course want to lose more, but I am cool with losing a little at a time over the next few months…
I am very glad I did this challenge..
